How long will it take to receive my order?
Because every item is carefully 3D printed to order in our studio, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and production. Once your package is ready, we ship it via USPS, which typically takes an additional 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your door. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it ships!
What materials are your organizers and stands made of?
All of our products are proudly 3D printed using premium PETG material. This means your items are not only eco-friendly, but also highly durable, shatter-resistant, and built to last. You get a solid, high-quality piece of functional art!
How do I clean and care for my new aesthetic organizer?
Taking care of your 3D printed items is super easy! Simply wipe them down with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove any dust or makeup residue. Please avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges, or exposing the items to extreme heat, as this can damage the finish.
Can I request a custom color or size for my order?
Currently, we offer our products in the specific pastel color palettes and sizes (like our 2-tier and 3-tier options) listed on the website. We are always designing new items and palettes, so make sure to follow us on social media to be the first to know about our new aesthetic drops!
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
We pack every single order with so much love and care to ensure it arrives safely. However, if USPS gets a little too rough and your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a quick photo of the damaged item and the box, and we will happily help you get a replacement sorted out right away.
